Day 5: Making it Real

by | Sep 17, 2013 | 14 Day Product Challenge | 1 comment

Sometimes we start to feel a little scared at this stage of the game.

You might even be considering setting this aside (not really quitting, but picking it up later in a few months, etc).

I get it! It’s a lot of work to get to the finish line.

You’re not alone. Many of us feel this way & it’s perfectly okay.

Reach out and let us know how you are. Let us know if you need support. Leave a comment below.

And, if you’re ready, start the first draft of your “Sales Page”, by just:

  • opening a new page (on your wordpress site, or website builder of choice)
  • give the page a name
  • write something… anything… on the page
  • List a few of the key benefits people will get from purchasing your product
  • save it as a draft.

It will start to feel “Real”! I promise.

And, if you’re having any doubts – sometimes the “fraud syndrome” creeps in at this stage too. Remember the work we did together on Day 1.

There is someone out there who you are meant to help.

Even if you’re only able to help one person, wouldn’t it be worth it to finish this product & make it available for him/her?

Keep your ideal client in mind when you’re working through the next few days.

This message is the one that reminds me its not about being of service and even though I am procrastinating and more its about who I can help. Thanks Loralee for the biggest and best reminder of all its not about me its about the clients.

    Many hugs!
