His father changed jobs and moved to Thunder Bay shortly before he was born, and the young family, his mother and 3 year old sister [[Harbron-136 Esther]] made their way to Fort William, Ontario, where Frank had found a job in the grain elevators. He was born in 1952 prematurely and spent quite a while in an incubator. He was a musician growing up in the '60s and when he was about 15 years old had a baby with his girlfriend. Unfortunately, the girlfriend and her parents moved to another city and he didn't get to know his son. He died when he was 38 after an epileptic seizure that caused him to fall down a staircase causing terminal injuries.
