He was the son of [[Harbron-58 James Harbron]] and [[Bullock-4928 Ann (Bullock) Harbron]]. ===John's Childhood===We know very little about his childhood as there is little information about his father and mother. We believe his mother was [[Bullock-4928 Ann (Bullock) Harbron]], but there is some conflicting information about James Harbron being the father of children born to a Hannah around the same time. One would assume that based on the naming culture of this era, that he would have an older brother named James, after his father. And a sister with the first name Ann, after their mother. Frederick HarbronBorn Oct 1842 Kingston upon Hull, Yorkshire, England, United Kingdom, died 29 Jun 1920 Manly, New South Wales, Australia, 77 years == Biography ==Frederick was born in 1842 to Rebecca Campbell and John Harbron, a cabinet maker. His father had 5 children from his first marriage to Eliza Guy who passed away in 1839. When he was 9 years old he moved to Leeds with his family and when he was out of school he trained as an upholsterer and cabinet maker. When he was 19 he married Mary Ward and they had one son, Alfred Harbron. She left when the baby was about 1 year old due to claims of verbal abuse from her father in law and lack of financial support. A few years later Fred was living in Belfast and had a child with Annie Ferguson. After their second child, they moved to Dundalk where they had another 12 children (14 total). In 1891 he moved with his son William to Melbourne, Australia to start a funeral business with the intention of bringing the family over when the business was established. Unfortunately, Annie passed away, leaving the young children to be placed in orphanages. Several of the children did come to Australia during the early 1900's and some stayed. He passed away in 1920 in New South Wales, Australia at the age of 78. ===About=== '''Name:''' ;Frederick "Fred" Harbron. ;Given Name - Frederick ;Surname - Harbron '''Born:''' ;OCT 1842.
