Thanks for requesting more information about the mastermind starting on September 24^th and 25th

This mastermind will be pretty straight forward, but possibly more “strict” than you’re used to from me. It’s because I hated the rules of my first mastermind at first and fell in love with them later. I know they work after almost 15 years being part of them with & without firm rules.

Our Mastermind Calls look like this:

• A call once every 2 weeks for 1 hour with a group (ideally 10 people in your group)
• A quick round table update from each person, then a focused “love seat” for one member of the group brings her problem to the mastermind – about 30min (probably my fave part of the mastermind because amazing solutions come from this process)
• Followed by a quick accountability check in (that we then follow up with at the next check-in 2 weeks later).
• FB group – this is your space as a group to continue on with the work done during your calls. I won’t be in there much at all, but could be tagged if something came up and you needed help.

The Rules

You may already know I’m working on creating more boundaries in my life & business so I can continue to show up fully, for a very long time. Boundaries are so important in creating a freedom based business & with this mastermind I will encourage you (and me) to continue with this practice. Which means I have a two very strict rules.

1. I ask everyone to show up for every single meeting (the dates are listed below).

It’s only 1 hour twice a month, yet you would be surprised how many people find ways to wiggle out of calls. It hurts the group dynamic. And it hurts them. By respecting our time commitment in this one area of life, it will spill over into other areas – ultimately creating more freedom (I know, this sounds counterintuitive, but it works).  If you’re unable to attend 2 or more, I will invite you to officially resign from the group, to help with closure for everyone. It’s a toughie, but it helps all members feel secure & vested in our time together.

1. Respect each other – leave judgment and “You should do this” at the door before each call. We will all have opinions and it’s just as easy to say, ‘Have you considered …”, “One thing I’ve done in a similar situation is…” giving other members a sense of empowerment and lots of room to grow.

That’s it! Two rules. Be respectful and attend all meetings.
