The Big Push

Whether it’s final crunch time on a huge project, product creation or move, those final few hours or days can be intense.

So intense, we sometimes don’t stop to take a breath. Don’t stop to enjoy the scenery, or laugh.

This week I’m in the very final stages of moving from a traditional lifestyle into something more unknown. And what might be a huge task in and of itself, has become all that much more complicated. I’ve written in an earlier post about the 3 R’s, Reduce, Reuse, Recycle – but at the time I was talking about resources within business, including time and energy. Today I’m talking about my physical “stuff”, although a lot is tied up in my business & the energy I’ve wasted by not tackling this project sooner.

I’m moving.

But not simply to another condo or house this time! I’ve been taking steps for years to live what I term “a portable lifestyle”, where I can work from literally anywhere. It’s taken far longer than I expected. And then when things started to fall into place, it happened Super Fast. Rollercoaster fast!

So my post today is going to be shorter than usual. I’ve also revived my old travel blog at www.loraleehutton.com/travel and posting nearly every day. I’d love it if you stop by some day to say hello.

Today I was featured on a http://dowhatyouloveforlife.com/blog/2011/08/29/shared-stories-27-amy-russell/

It sure made what could have been a very stressful day, a bit more celebratory. I love getting news like this in my inbox.

Are you working on a big launch? Or a big move / transition like me? I’d love to hear how you manage the stress. Leave me a comment or send me a tweet on
